FMCSA has recently removed certain Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) from the list of registered ELDs due to non-compliance with minimum requirements. These revoked ELDs include:

• CI ELD LOGS

• CN ELD

• KSK ELD

• TT ELD 30

• TT ELD 1010

The grace period for transitioning to compliant ELDs has ended. As of April 29, 2024, drivers using these revoked ELDs or paper logs may face citation under section 395.8(a)(1) and be placed out-of-service in accordance with CVSA Out-of-Service Criteria.
Ensure your operations remain compliant by switching to approved ELDs immediately. This is vital for the safety and integrity of the transportation industry.
